The holiday service project for Haven of Peace, a local shelter for women and children, made a significant positive impact on the community. By filling tote bags with practical items for 35 women, the project provided essential support to those in need.

On Sunday, December 15th, members and their families gathered at Manteca Assisted Living to spread holiday cheer through Christmas caroling and distributing candy canes to seniors.

In October, MAEVE members participated in a service project at Manteca Assisted Living's memory care unit. The event brought Halloween spirit to 16 seniors residing in the facility.

During our 3rd Annual Silent Auction at our Member Banquet, we raised funds for Garden Joy, a local non-profit community garden.

We celebrated Earth Day by gathering at Solera Park in Manteca. Hosted by Michelle and Tabatha, the event kicked off at 4pm with a community cleanup to help care for our environment.

We partnered with the Child Abuse Prevention Council’s Neo-Natal/NICU unit at San Joaquin General Hospital to assemble and donate 20 take-home bags for NICU babies and their moms.

For the second year in a row, we hosted a school supply drive for Ray of Hope, focusing on gathering school essentials and bottled water for homeless and needy children.

In June 2023, we hosted a Silent Auction among attendees to benefit one of our favorite organizations, Ray of Hope Children’s Crisis & Resource Center. Thanks to the generosity of our community and the businesses that supported our efforts, we were able to raise over $500 for the organization.

We exceeded our goal in collecting supplies for the Manteca Animal Shelter, gathering 48 slip leashes, 12 enrichment toys, and 58 cans of wet cat food. This drive showcased the power of collective effort and community spirit.
