Our Impact:
Highlights of Our Past Service Projects
Since our founding in November 2021, MAEVE South San Joaquin has been committed to making a positive impact in our community. Through a variety of service projects, we've engaged our members and local partners to support those in need, protect our environment, and strengthen the bonds within our community. From organizing food drives and clothing donations to hosting charity auctions and park cleanups, our efforts reflect the core values that drive our organization.
Volunteer and Children's Education Classes at Gardenjoy
We partnered with Gardenjoy Community Garden to volunteer in planting, harvesting, and maintaining the garden. This event was open to the public and included free educational classes for children, making it a great opportunity for families to get involved.
School Supply and Water Drive for Ray of Hope
During the summer, we collected school supplies and bottled water for the at-risk youth served by Ray of Hope Children's Crisis Center. The event coincided with the Manteca School District's Free Summer Meal Program, where kids enjoyed a barbecue and fun activities while parents donated supplies.
